ET Search LLC is a retained tax professional recruiting firm which means our fees are paid by organizations who retain us to thoroughly research the market, identify top tax talent and make private introductions to our clients.
We work with our clients on a Performance Retainer Agreement which means a partial retainer fee is paid upfront, and the remainder is paid when the candidate we introduce to a client has accepted and signed the offer letter. We view the partial retainer as a commitment to work together and ensures the client has an expert recruiter working on their search every day to completion. We always work weekends for our clients to ensure quicker deliverability and results.
Our recruitment fee is twenty-five percent of first year salary and includes a one-year guarantee.
